Project summary:
GUINNESS® STOREHOUSE is the No1 visitor attraction in Ireland, bringing visitors on a surprising journey into the heart of the world famous beer.
Providing immediate entry to the website via a strong, clean, homepage was the first step in the design process. The sections within the site utilise the unmistakable GUINNESS® STOREHOUSE visual identity, implemented across every element, from graphics and colour palettes to fonts. Powerful imagery is also used on all pages, giving visitors a glimpse of what lies ahead of them.
Visitors to the website can:
- find out and print general information, such as opening hours and directions
- view information in French, German, Spanish & Italian
- book tickets online and avail of FastTrack entry
- explore GUINNESS® STOREHOUSE online with interactive features
- check out the unique venues for meetings and events
In addition to website design, Neworld also developed a content management system for the site, enabling GUINNESS® STOREHOUSE staff to edit content such as admission fees, news, press releases and promotions, thus ensuring that the site can be kept fresh and up-to-date.
The end result is a website that is fast, friendly and easy-to-use, depicting the Home, Heart and Soul of the Guinness brand on the internet.
