Challenge:
Unisa desired to capitalize on the Internet to extend their retail presence
to a global audience and create a new medium that would increase sales,
promote brand awareness and support the company's long-term objectives.
Discovery:
Echo Medium's solution, http://www.unisa.com, emphasized on usable
navigation, simple product purchase and visually stimulating design.
Extensive search engine submission and online marketing techniques were
performed to maximize Unisa's online presence. Back-end development
consisted of a secure, fully customized e-Commerce application, scalable
database architecture and an Administrative Area that allows for easy
uploading of products, images and press releases.
